Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Lourdes Love stocks and ships all of the products we sell on our site. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and payment not including weekends and holidays.

Multiple shipping options are available at check out including Next day delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a product is determined to be a manufacturer defect.

Lourdes Love is not responsible for any order damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier directly

We currently do not ship outside of the USA

RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly process a return on orders within 15 days of you receiving the product. The product must be in unused/new condition in the original packaging and tags attached. We will only issue refunds on non-sale items and we do not refund shipping, we also do not offer free shipping on returns.

To process a return please email customerservice@lourdeslove.com and state your order number, first and last name, as well as the item you are looking to return.
